Mooie voornemens, maar vaak blijft het erbij. Hoe zorg je ervoor dat je succesvol start met sporten? Personal training expert Dymphy de Jong geeft je 5 tips met praktische strategie\u00ebn die je meteen kunt toepassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Stel een klein, haalbaar doel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maak het doel z\u00f3 klein, dat je minimaal 80% overtuigd bent dat je het kunt behalen. Kies \u00e9\u00e9n doel dat je voor minimaal 1 maand consistent uitvoert. Een nieuwe gewoonte aanleren kost namelijk minimaal 21 tot 90 dagen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een paar voorbeelden om te starten met sporten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\">\n<li>2x per week 30 minuten naar de sportschool <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3x per week een 20 minuten thuis workout<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elke dag 3 keer met de trap op kantoor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elke dag 10 minuten wandelen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En maak dit specifiek: op welk moment of gekoppeld aan welke andere activiteit? De voorbeelden zijn specifiek gemaakt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sporten: \u2018s morgens om 08:00<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traplopen: elke keer als ik naar de wc ga, doe ik dat op 2 verdiepingen hoger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wandelen: na de lunch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hoe ga je om met weerstand? Wat doe je als je er geen zin in hebt? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik heb zelf ook wel eens geen zin om te sporten. Ja, zelfs een atleet is niet altijd gemotiveerd. Ik zeg dan tegen mezelf: \u201cik doe alleen de eerste oefening\u201d. En als ik eenmaal opgewarmd ben en de oefening gedaan heb, voel ik mij meestal al veel beter in m\u2019n vel. En doe ik daarna gemakkelijk de rest van mijn trainingsprogramma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit wordt ook wel de \u201c5 minuten regel\u201d genoemd. Spreek met jezelf af dat je het maar voor 5 minuten gaat doen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-neve-text-color-color has-nv-c-2-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategie:<\/strong> 5 minuten regel&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Zet de eerste stap<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De eerste stap is het moeilijkst. Daarna cre\u00eber je momentum en wordt de routine steeds makkelijker.\u00a0Om de eerste stap te zetten tel je af: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1\u2026 en dan ga je het doen! Hierdoor heeft je brein geen tijd om excuses en alternatief gedrag te bedenken. Mel Robbins heeft deze strategie ontwikkeld en legt dit uit in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=nI2VQ-ZsNr0&amp;t=173s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deze insprirerende en hilarische speech<\/a> (5 minuten kijktijd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-neve-text-color-color has-nv-c-2-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategie:<\/strong> 5 seconde regel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Accountability partner<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zelf de verantwoordelijkheid dragen van de nieuwe gewoonte gedisciplineerd uitvoeren kan uitdagend zijn. Als je even geen zin hebt of afgeleid wordt door de bank, uiteten gaan met vrienden of scrollen op je telefoon, kunnen toespelende gedachtes zoals \u201c\u00e9\u00e9n dag niet sporten maakt niet uit\u201d of \u201canders ga ik morgen wel\u201d je verleiden om de afspraak met jezelf niet na te komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een accountability partner, zoals de naam al verklapt, is iemand die je verantwoordelijk houdt voor het nakomen van je afspraak. Een accountability partner kan een personal trainer, je partner of een vriend(in) zijn. Ook een wekelijkse groepsles of het gebruikt van een app, zoals een online trainingsprogramma in de Dymphy Fit app of een hardloop app zoals Runkeeper of Nike Run vallen hieronder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De afspraak maak je met iemand anders die jou verwacht op een plaats en tijdstip. Bovendien investeer je niet alleen in de relatie, maar vaak maak je ook een financi\u00eble investering door te betalen voor een abonnement. Denk aan het leren van een nieuwe skill, zoals een handstand (foto Tess Handstand), een deadlift of padellen; ga naar een leuke dansles (vind ik ook onwijs leuk!), of houd je van buiten zijn? Kies voor een bootcamp, voetbal, wielrennen of hardlopen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-c-2-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategie:<\/strong> Kies voor het leren van een nieuwe skill, spelen of lekker buiten zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zelfs wanneer je kiest voor een activiteit die je leuk vindt, zal je ongetwijfeld nog wel eens weerstand of afleiding tegenkomen. Gebruik dan dus de 5 seconde of 5 minuten strategie\u00ebn om het t\u00f3ch te doen!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Streef voor consistentie, niet perfectie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over de lange termijn is het belangrijkste dat je regelmatig in beweging bent. Je hoeft niet altijd 100% inzet te tonen. In je hoofd kun je de lat (onbewust) hoog leggen, met het resultaat dat je bang bent dat je daar niet aan kunt voldoen en dan ga je maar niet.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze laatste tip is dus: focus op de intentie van consistentie. \u201cJust show up.\u201d En de resultaten volgen vanzelf!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-nv-c-2-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Strategie<\/strong>: Gebruik een kalender of Excel om af te vinken wanneer je geweest bent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extra hulp<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heb je dit vaker alleen geprobeerd en kun je wel wat extra hulp gebruiken? Samen overleggen wij wat je nodig hebt als je even geen zin hebt of \u201cvan de wagen valt\u201d. Hoe kunnen wij jou het beste helpen om consistent te sporten? Soms kan bijvoorbeeld een Whatsapp berichtje genoeg zijn.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vind je het <strong>leuk<\/strong> om je progressie te meten en te zien hoe je elke week sterker wordt? Wij houden het voor je bij in je logboek en je personal records, zoals hoeveel push ups je kunt doen, lees je in je in de grafieken in de Voortgangsregistratie in de Dymphy Fit app. Houd je van spelen tijdens het sporten?
