Met deze strategie kom je een tijdje van de bank af en de sportschool in. Maar het kan zijn dat je onzeker bent over welke gewichten je moet kiezen, hoeveel sets en herhalingen je moet doen. En na verloop van tijd zie je misschien niet de resultaten die je wilt en dan stop je. Klinkt dit bekend?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anderen durven niet eens naar de sportschool te gaan, omdat ze niet weten hoe te starten en zich onzeker voelen en ge\u00efntimideerd door gespierde gasten. Dymphy viel vroeger in deze categorie: ze startte met trainen in een kleine vrouwen sportschool in Diemen. Pas 2 jaar later toen haar vriendinnen naar Basic Fit gingen, durfde ze mee te gaan maar had ze geen idee hoe te fitnessen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je beter wilt worden in wat je doet, neem je een coach of trainer. De eerste stap zetten is het moeilijkst. En dat heb je nu gedaan! Dus je mag nu je linkerhand optillen, naar je rechterschouder brengen en jezelf wat schouderklopjes geven! Bij ons ben je aan het juiste adres. Je hebt geen tot weinig ervaring. Je hebt geen idee waar je moet beginnen maar wil het wel goed doen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je volgt al een tijdje groepslessen, maar wilt zelf in de sportschool gaan trainen. Maar je voelt je onzeker en weet niet wat je moet doen. Je wilt je zelfverzekerd voelen in het kiezen van de juiste oefeningen en je wilt er niet als een idioot uitzien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt individueel getraind in de sportschool, maar ziet onvoldoende resultaat. Je wilt begrijpen wat je moet doen, waarom en hoe snel de je beste resultaten kunt behalen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is fundament training?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"color:var(--nv-text-color)\" class=\"is-style-checkbox has-neve-text-color-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leer je basis bewegingen: squat, heupbuiging, duwen, trekken en hoe je je core kunt aanspannen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leer hoe je krachtoefeningen uitvoert: de checkpoints van elke oefening en hoe je jouw techniek kunt corrigeren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begrijp waarom je bepaalde oefeningen doet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leer de belangrijkste trainingsprincipes: de herhalingen, sets, gewichten, werk-rustverhouding, hoe te herstellen en vooruitgang te boeken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leer de belangrijkste principes van voeding en levensstijl. Voor gewichtsverlies, het verkrijgen van spiermassa en energie.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Krijg wekelijkse metingen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stel doelen op het gebied van lichaamsbeweging, voeding en levensstijl. Zoals je eerste 10 push-ups doen, meer groenten eten en je telefoon 30 minuten voor het slapen gaan wegleggen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Het programma begint eenvoudig en effectief. Het is ok\u00e9 om je onzeker te voelen. Stap voor stap leren we je alle bovenstaande punten. We zullen je niet overladen met informatie.
