Bij een lage intensiteit kunnen de benen en armen uren aanhouden. De geest is wat wordt uitgedaagd. Hoe lang kun je het mentaal volhouden? Hoe lang of hoeveel intentie kun je aan? Als je het kunt verdragen, ga dan door. Als het ondraaglijk is... stop dan. En leer te stoppen met klagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dat klinkt misschien hard. Maar soms moet je dat even horen. Wij zijn niet bang om jou te confronteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In het trainen van je mindset gaat het om het spelletje <strong>\"jij versus jezelf\"<\/strong>. Herken je de interne discussie die je in je hoofd kunt hebben? Dat is goed. Maar je hoeft niet te luisteren naar de gedachten die je niet dienen. Conditietraining leert je aanwezig te zijn bij het innerlijk gebabbel en toch discipline te tonen om de training te doen. Je komt er sterker en veerkrachtiger uit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voor wie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\">\n<li>Beginner tot gevorderd fitness niveau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je wilt je cardiovasculaire systeem en mentale weerbaarheid verbeteren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je bent buitenadem na het traplopen. Je mist de tram omdat je niet snel genoeg sprint (en te laat weggaat van huis). Je conditie is slecht en je hebt hulp nodig.
