Dyer<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecteren op hoe je je mindset en gedrag kunt optimaliseren. In therapie kijk je terug naar je verleden om te helen. Bij coaching kijk je vooral naar het nu en de toekomst. Wat wil je? En hoe kun je daar komen? En soms kijk je terug naar je verleden om meer over jezelf te leren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Onze methode<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens onze coaching kijken we samen naar jouw groei volgens het <strong>GROW-model<\/strong>: Goal, Reality, Options en Wrap up. Dus wat is je doel, waar sta je nu, welke opties heb je, hoe maak je dit concreet en wat spreken we af? Je stelt een langetermijndoel vast, dat we onderverdelen in kortetermijndoelen en dagelijkse en wekelijkse gewoontes. Wij maken deze meetbaar en haalbaar. Wij richten ons op het proces. De prestatiedoeltheorie maakt onderscheid tussen proces- en resultaat doel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een <strong>proces doel<\/strong> richt zich op het verbeteren van een vaardigheid, meten van je eigen voortgang, waarbij je elke training wat meer gewicht wilt tillen, elke week je leefstijl wilt verbeteren door bijvoorbeeld te werken aan de slaaproutine, voeding of telefoongebruik. Dit geeft je plezier in het proces en vergroot je zelfvertrouwen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een <strong>resultaat doel<\/strong> richt zich op het eindresultaat. Je vergelijkt jezelf met anderen. Bij personal training is het fijn dat je in een priv\u00e9 setting traint, maar het is soms een uitdaging om je voortgang echt te waarderen voor wat het is. Omdat je misschien weinig idee hebt hoe anderen van jouw leeftijd en met jouw trainingservaring presteren. Max en Dymphy vertellen je hoe jouw prestaties zich verhouden tot die van anderen. Kanttekening is dat alleen een resultaatdoel een grotere kans heeft om ontmoedigd te raken en op te geven bij een tegenslag.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je bent een hyperachiever en gaat voor het eindresultaat, maar juist de kleine dagelijkse en wekelijkse stappen zorgen ervoor dat je op korte en lange termijn vooruitgang boekt. Wij helpen je met continu\u00efteit - omdat jij je wekelijkse sessies boekt - en intentie - omdat we samen geloven dat je je doel kunt behalen en zullen bijsturen waar nodig. Dit maakt het proces duurzaam, overzichtelijk en houdt je in beweging (pun intended).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coaching tijdens personal training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aan het begin van de training, tijdens je warming up, checken we in met meerdere vragen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\">\n<li>Energie cijfer: wat voor cijfer geef je je energie nu op een schaal van 1 tot 10? Hoe wil je je voelen na de training?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emoties: hoe voel je je vandaag? Geef dit aan op de Mood Meter (een overzicht van gevoelens).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwachtingsmanagement: Wat wil je uit deze training halen? Wat maakt deze training succesvol voor je? Wat verwacht je van mij?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terugkijken op afgelopen week: wat ging er goed en waar kan het beter? Uitkijken naar volgende week: hoe kun je de ruimte voor verbetering opvullen? Welke concrete stappen kun je volgende week zetten?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de training is er ruimte om je mentale weerbaarheid te bespreken, in onderwerpen zoals werk-priv\u00e9 balans, emoties en omgaan met je innerlijke criticus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vooruitgang meten: je volgt een kracht- en\/of cardioprogramma waarin we jouw voortgang bijhouden. Dit vergroot je intentie en commitment. Doordat je weet wat je vorige training deed, zul je gemotiveerder zijn om de volgende training beter te presteren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maatwerk: wat heb je nodig? Het gaat niet altijd om hoeveel je weegt, hoeveel kilo's je nog meer kunt tillen, maar ook om de balans tussen werk, sociaal en alle andere ballen die je hoog houdt in je leven. De boeg kan niet altijd strak zijn, dus soms passen we ons aan op basis van je totale belasting in je leven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat levert het mij op?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checkbox wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voel je sterk door leiderschap te tonen. Door haar geweldige expertise op het gebied van Lifestyle Coaching, sport en beweging ben ik niet alleen fysiek maar ook mentaal gegroeid.
