Coaching

With a coach you work on optimising your mindset and behaviour. In therapy, you look back to your past to heal. With coaching you mainly look at the now and the future. What do you want? And how can you get there? And sometimes you look back to your past to learn more about yourself.

  • You experience a fear of failure, also known as performance anxiety
  • You’re binge eating and want to restore your relationship with food
  • You’re rehabilitating after illness, burn out or injury. You’re body doesn’t feel like yours anymore. You want to gain confidence and trust in your body again.
  • You find it difficult to feel and communicate emotions, needs and boundaries. You want to own your shit and deal with it.

Dymphy is a NOBCO certified coach. She strongly believes in the power of training and coaching. Motion leads to emotion. During movement you will be open to feel emotions easier and encounter voices in your head. Let’s work together to learn how to surf your emotional waves best!
