For whom?

  • You have mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety. Or you’re coming out of a burn-out.
  • You’re have addiction issues, like alcohol, drugs, binge eating, etc.
  • You’ve experienced injury, illness, or disability that has affected your physical, cognitive, or emotional functioning. You want to feel in control of your own body and mind again.
  • You’re almost finished working together with a physio or other specialist. You feel insecure starting on your own or you’re advised to work with a personal trainer.
  • Beginner to advanced fitness levels. As an athlete you might need to start at beginner level. Your ego is bruised and you can’t wait to compete!

What is rehab training?

The goal of rehabilitation training is to help you regain your independence and improve your quality of life. This may still involve physical therapy, addiction therapy, psychological counseling, and other forms of treatment. The specific type of rehabilitation training will depend on your needs and goals.
