Conditioning training is asking you: How much can you endure? At a low intensity the legs and arms can go on for hours. The mind is what’s challenged. How long can you mentally endure it? How long or how much intention can you deal with? If you can endure it, continue. If it’s unendurable… then stop. And learn to stop complaining.
It might sound hard. And sometimes you need to hear that. We’re not scared of confronting you with you.
In your training your mindset is the game of “you versus you”. Do you recognise the internal debate you can have in your mind? That’s okay. But you don’t have to listen to the thoughts that don’t serve you. Conditioning training teaches you to be present with the inner chatter and still show discipline to do the training. You’ll come out a stronger and more resilient person!

What is cardio training?
Cardiovascular training, also known as cardio training or aerobic exercise, is a form of conditioning training that focuses on increasing the heart rate and breathing rate to improve cardiovascular health and fitness. It typically involves activities such as running, cycling, swimming, rowing, brisk walking and low to medium intensity strength exercises.
