What is Performance Training?
Dymphy Fit’s Performance Training is a type of physical training that focuses on improving an individual’s performance in a specific activity or sport. It typically involves a combination of exercises, drills, and techniques designed to enhance strength, speed, power, agility, endurance, and overall fitness.
Performance training programs are tailored to the specific needs of you as an athlete. Taking into account your current level of fitness, goals, and the demands of your sport or activity. The training may include exercises to improve technique, build strength and power, increase flexibility and range of motion, and enhance cardiovascular fitness.
